Compound’s writing workflow was designed with industry experts and online writers in mind. Writers help experts better express themselves, and experts add color and depth to writers' work. Everyone who joins Compound has been vetted to fit one of the two criteria, and most of our members fit both. We accept less than 10% of applicants.
